Aw, come on now...
I'm sure that the vast majority of people will take the pillow out when Little Bit sleeps. The few that leave it in would have a pillow in there anyway.
It's about having a sense of humor.
I do agree with bramasoleiowa, It'd be a bit less creepy if the head was printed on the sheet also.
